Job summary

Syneos Health in Louisville, KY is seeking an Eye Care Educator to educate Eye Care Professionals on managing Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma. This role focuses on training health care professionals to perform eye exams for patients on OAEs and to communicate results to Hematology/Oncology teams.

You will lead education sessions, develop tailored training materials, and collaborate with Oncology Account Managers and Medical teams to ensure accurate product information, including REMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in optometry, ophthalmology, or nursing with focus on oncology or specialized medical education.
• Alternatively, 1–3 years of direct clinical oncology experience including oncology education, patient care, and physician interaction.
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex oncology concepts to ECPs and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and delivering product-specific training and educational materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all management levels.

The Eye Care Educator provides critical support to educate and inspire Eye Care Professionals (ECP) on the management of cancer patients with Relapsed Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM). The role focuses on training health care professionals to conduct eye exams for patients on OAEs and communicating results to the Hematology/Oncology teams.

• Experience developing and delivering product‑specific training and educational materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all management levels.

Desired Requirements

• Specialty pharmacy/payer experience preferred.
• Clinical experience as CRN, NPs, or PAs with eye care experience highly preferred.
