Inpro seeks a dependable Extrusion Operator to join our Muskego manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to produce high-quality profiles and components that meet customer specs.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of producing consistent results. This full-time role offers strong benefits and opportunities to learn production equipment on the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or extrusion experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down extrusion lines for production.
• Operate extrusion presses to form tubes, moldings, and strips.
• Fill hoppers and monitor temperature, conveyor speed, and lubrication.
• Make color adjustments per specifications.
• Inspect dimensions and quality to meet standards.
• Maintain clean, organized extrusion areas.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Report safety concerns or non-conforming materials.
• Support department efficiency and cost-conscious operations.
