Qualifications

• At least 6 months in manufacturing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8 hours.
• Able to read and write English clearly.
• Ability to identify materials and products.
• Forklift operation capability.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines according to job specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and output.
• Adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) to maintain production conditions.
• Make repairs and replace worn components as needed.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections with calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Record production data and complete shift logs accurately.
• Load raw materials and monitor material feed.
• Follow safety procedures and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance and QC teams as needed.
• Fulfill duties per quality system and directives.
