Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect aluminum extrusion products for quality, hardness, and temper requirements.
• Package and load customer orders according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
• Distribute baskets to and from extrusion press lines.
• Use measuring and inspection tools to verify product quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Meet production schedules while supporting customer satisfaction
