Job summary

Pure Fishing is seeking an Extruder Technician to master resin flow and keep production machines supplied with the right materials, producing high-quality fishing products. If you enjoy hands-on work with machinery and quick problem solving, this role is for you.

With 1–3 years in manufacturing, forklift experience, and a sharp eye for detail, you will help maintain safe, efficient operations in the molding department while supporting other teams to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or demonstrated work experience.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in molding.
• Ability to lift, move, and operate equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and troubleshoot on the go.
• Forklift certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Unload resin from rail cars into silos and keep resin lines supplied.

What will you do?

As an Extruder Technician, you’ll be the master of resin flow, ensuring our production machines get the right materials to create high-quality products. If you love problem-solving and working hands-on with machinery, this role is for you!

• Managing and maintaining resin flow to production machines.
• Troubleshooting and adjusting molding parameters to optimize quality and output.
• Unloading resin from rail cars into silos and keeping resin lines properly supplied.
• Driving a forklift to move and manage resin inventory.
• Keeping the molding department clean, safe, and running smoothly.
• Tackling issues with quick thinking and mechanical know-how.

• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a molding department.
• Forklift operation experience (bonus points if you're certified!).
• A keen eye for detail to ensure proper material distribution.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to keep production running efficiently.
• A team-oriented mindset—you work well with others and take initiative.
