Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Extrusion Support Associate in Alexandria, MN. The role offers a 3½-day workweek with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a schedule that includes early shifts.

You will support daily manufacturing operations, operate equipment, inspect finished goods, and help meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will contribute to a clean, organized production area, follow established work instructions, and participate in continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced setting.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate basic production equipment.
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read die drawings and inspect parts to customer specs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and quickly.
• Review manufacturing orders and verify specs.
• Ensure quality practices are followed and do inspections.
• Package orders and load trailers per customer specs.
• Meet delivery schedules and support continuous improvement.
