Precision Tube & Catheter, Inc. is seeking an Extrusion Process/R&D Engineer to lead development and optimization of extrusion processes for medical tubing. You will conduct R&D to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support new material/design innovations for medical devices.
You will collaborate with production, QA, and regulatory teams, analyze data, and document process specs and validation results while staying current with industry trends and safety practices.

The Extrusion Process/R&D Engineer will play a key role in developing and optimizing extrusion processes for the production of medical tubing. This position involves conducting research and development initiatives to improve product performance, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and innovate new materials and designs that meet the evolving needs of the medical device industry.
Work is performed in both an office and manufacturing environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols. May involve standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials as needed.
