Sinclair & Rush Inc. in Missouri is seeking an extrusion machine operator for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift at our Fenton facility. Initial pay is based on experience, with a stay/ sign-on bonus and opportunities for pay progression.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, adjust process controls to maintain part quality, and contribute to a team that values safety and productivity. We offer strong benefits, PTO, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion and/or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to adjust process controls to proper settings for part quality and production rates.
• Must be able to work well in a team.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with little guidance.
