Job summary

Cook Polymer Technology Canton is seeking an Extrusion Operator to safely operate and troubleshoot the PTFE extrusion line(s) and downstream equipment. You will document in-process inspections to ensure total product quality and monitor key process conditions and product characteristics.

Responsibilities include loading, starting, tearing down equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring overall sanitation of tooling and machines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Technical School certifications and/or college level technical degree preferred.
• Basic experience using Microsoft Office required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document key process conditions and product dimensional and physical characteristics.
• Maintain clean work environment, clean as you work.
• Reload and start machine.
• Tear down and clean tooling and machine.
