Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to use computers to send and receive emails and use ADP/HR management systems.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates extrusion machines used for Stratasys materials.
• Meet the established production schedule for each line.
• Feed materials, mix resin per engineering instructions.
• Adjust machine settings based on specifications.
• Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot; pull finished product.
• Document line data sheets.
• Identify quality issues and report out-of-spec filament.
• Maintain a 5S work cell.
• Maintain process certifications for packaging and extrusion.
