Job summary

Staffmark is seeking an Extrusion Operator in Plymouth, MN to operate plastic extrusion equipment and produce precision tubing.

You will monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and perform equipment maintenance on a 1:30 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Thursday shift with overtime as needed. The role emphasizes safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of plastic extrusion experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Vocational, technical training, or certification in plastics manufacturing is preferred.
• Knowledge of extrusion processes, tooling, resins, temperature controls, and downstream equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining extrusion equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow quality procedures and work a 10‑hour 2nd shift schedule, including overtime as needed.

Extrusion Operator

Location: Plymouth, MN

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. Overtime on Friday and Saturday as needed.
