Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin is hiring an Extrusion Assistant for the Extrusion Department. You will prepare and handle raw materials, load/unload rolls, change rubber/chill rolls, and properly manage waste to support daily production in our busy plastics facility.

A strong safety mindset is essential. This full-time role operates on a 2-2-3, 12-hour shift with weekend overtime, in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to perform manual material handling.
• Able to operate forklift and move rolls.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Work in rotation on day/night shifts.

• Safely load/unload rolls and change rubber/chill rolls.
