Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines and related equipment.
• Monitor product quality and raw materials for conformance.
• Select correct tooling and adjust controls for temperature, speed, and thickness.
• Splice and weld ends of wire and prepare products for packaging.
• Inspect finished wire for defects and proper cosmetic/color print.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance as required.
• Follow Lean and safety procedures and update project boards as needed.
