Job summary

Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Extrusion Crew Leader for our Tyler, Texas facility. The role oversees extrusion operations on a shift, providing direction, assisting with setups, troubleshooting, and completing production documentation.

Candidate will work 36/48 hrs per week from 7p - 7a on an hourly basis with full benefit options. Hood Packaging emphasizes innovation and growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion operations or similar manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coordinate shifts and provide direction.
• Willingness to perform operator duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned-shift extrusion operations to support safe, efficient and consistent production.
• Provide day-to-day direction, assist with setups and troubleshooting, and complete production/process documentation.
• Possess Extrusion Operator-level knowledge and skills and perform operator duties as needed to support production.
