Atterro in Alexandria, MN is hiring for an Extrusion Ager Material Handler. You will support aging ovens, stage and load age cycles, inspect extrusions, move materials, and help keep production on schedule. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Stage and load aging ovens and start age cycles according to production schedules.
• Inspect aluminum extrusions before entering the aging process.
• Move, organize, and receive alloy materials throughout the production area.
• Support press operations and assist production teams as needed.
• Handle materials, dump scrap bins, and move trailers safely.
• Maintain inventory of baskets, spacers, and other production consumables.
• Follow quality standards and customer specifications on manufacturing orders.
• Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet production and delivery schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $27.00 per hour
Schedules

• B Shift: Monday-Wednesday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM, Thursday 6:30 PM-12:30 AM
• D Shift: Friday 12:30 AM-6:30 AM and Friday-Sunday 6:30 PM-6:30 AM

• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Extrusion Ager Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
