Job summary

ETS in the United States is looking for an Extrusion Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team in person. The role focuses on monitoring extrusion machines and maintaining product quality throughout production runs.

You will perform drop tests, log production data, and conduct visual inspections with a tape measure to verify specifications, all while adhering to safety protocols on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Job Location: In-Person, $21/Hour, 12 Hour Shift (pm),12 Hour Shift (am), Monday-Sunday

Our client is a manufacturer of plastic packaging products serving a variety of industries. They are seeking a Extrusion Quality Control Technician to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Extrusion Quality Control Technician:

• Monitor extrusion machines and ensure consistent product quality throughout production runs
• Conduct drop tests by lifting and dropping bags filled with weighted product to verify seam strength
• Use technology such as tablets and computers to log production data and quality checks
• Perform visual inspections and measure products with a tape measure to confirm specifications

Your skills and experience:

• Comfortable working at heights and following strict safety protocols
• Strong attendance and reliability, as coverage is critical for small teams
• Ability to learn and use digital tools for data entry and quality tracking
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow detailed quality procedures
