Advance Services Inc. is hiring for a food production role in Fort Collins, offering a starting pay of $19.50 per hour. Shifts include 1st shift and 2nd shift with specific hours and every-other-Wednesday off.

Responsibilities cover bean chopping, mixing, labeling, and safe material handling in a fast-paced plant environment. Candidates will learn to operate primary machinery, follow SOPs, and adhere to GMP, HACCP, and QC procedures while using terminal software to record transactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate bean chopping, dual runs, and MCS operations, then progress to product filtering and blending.
• Safely retrieve materials, weigh, bag, pack, and label finished products or bulk ingredients.
• Be willing to learn to drive a forklift.
• Store ingredients properly using FIFO inventory rotation.
• Set up and adjust primary machinery per SOPs; prep and break down equipment.
• Operate facility equipment including bean chopping machine, pallet jacks, pumps, and forklifts.
• Record all inventory and production transactions in terminal software.
• Follow QC sampling procedures and comply with GMP/HACCP standards.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for bean chopping, dual runs, and Master Cleaning Sheets (MCS) operations, and quickly progress to product filtering, liquid blending, tank blending, and pilot percolation then extraction, etc.
• Safely retrieve materials for production, weigh, bag, pack, unpack, label, and store finished products or bulk ingredients.
• Must be willing to learn to drive a fork lift.
• Store all ingredients properly and safely, utilizing Julian dates and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation methodologies.
• Assist operators with pre-operation setup in accordance with SOPs; set up, break down, and make necessary adjustments to primary machinery and ancillary equipment.
• Operate facility equipment including the bean chopping machine, pneumatic pallet jacks, electric jacks (E-jacks), tape guns, scales, pumps, barrel lift equipment, and forklifts.
• Execute all required inventory and production transactions accurately on terminal software.
• Follow strict QC sampling procedures, report any quality deviations immediately, and adhere closely to FSSC 22000, GMP, and HACCP standards.
