Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in community relations or related field.
• Experience in mining, natural resources, or regulated industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience engaging officials, community leaders, media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external relations strategy and SEP.
• Identify, map, and prioritize stakeholders with tailored engagement plans.
• Build trusted relationships with communities, officials, agencies, and partners.
• Represent the company at public meetings and external events.
• Lead community meetings, advisory groups, and stakeholder engagements.
• Monitor sentiment and provide leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Manage data tracking and ensure audit readiness.
