Job summary

Mars Snacking Accelerator is seeking a Senior Manager of External Manufacturing to design and govern the division's external manufacturing strategy. You will lead executive supplier relationships and drive network transformation toward standardization and governance, supporting iconic brands in the portfolio.

You will partner across functions to align capacity planning, commercial negotiations, and risk management, shaping a network that delivers world-class performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations with external manufacturers or strategic supplier networks.
• Experience in Food Manufacturing / CPG is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of capacity planning (IBP/AOP), network design, and supplier governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead External Manufacturing Strategy and governance for the division.
• Manage executive supplier relationships and conduct business reviews.
• Drive network transformation and implement standardized operating frameworks.
• Coordinate capacity and long-range planning with IBP and AOP teams.
• Align commercial and procurement on contract strategies and risk mitigation.
• Exercise matrix leadership across Operations, Quality, R&D, and Finance.
