EXTERIORS

Position Summary

The Exteriors team is responsible for many tasks including siding, tires, windows, exterior trim and more. These tasks require the ability to constantly lift, push, pull 70+lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Previous construction experience 2+ years preferred
• Experience in manufactured housing is greatly desired
• Ability to read and understand home building specifications greatly desired
• Demonstrated adherence to safety protocols
• Team player

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information with others.
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves standing and climbing stairs up to 4 hours at a time.

Salary

• $23 per hour to start
