Job summary

Walmart is expanding its Landscape Operations to Troy, OH, seeking an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator to oversee grounds maintenance and landscaping across Walmart stores. You will mow, trim, prune, and ensure pristine exteriors while collaborating with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least a 21-year-old, a valid driver’s license, ability to read and communicate in English, and the ability to pass a DOT physical for medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory requirements (OSHA/EPA) and company policies.
