• Perform jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
• Review project details and identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Keep projects moving while maintaining deadlines and priorities.
• Manage changes, delays, and unexpected challenges with effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project notes, schedules, photos, and documentation.
• Ensure commitments are followed through, and projects are completed properly.
• Build strong working relationships with trade partners and internal teams.
• Help improve systems, processes, and the overall customer experience.
