Skilled Trades Partners in Hartland, VT is seeking experienced Commercial Painters for an immediate opening to paint the exterior of a building, including siding and trim. You will join a crew that values safety and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications
- Previous commercial or exterior painting experience required.
- Experience painting siding and trim.
- Reliable transportation.
- Hand tools preferred; bring your own if available.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Paint exterior siding and trim.
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, masking, and cleaning.
- Apply paint and protective coatings according to project specifications.
- Use hand tools and painting equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all jobsite safety requirements and quality standards.
- Work efficiently both independently and with a crew.
