Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Optics & Photonics; 1 year in exterior lighting design or related engineering role.
• Experience designing exterior lighting products from concept to production using CAD/CAE tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute optical design and development of exterior lighting products from concept to production using CAD/CAE resources.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers on optical design projects.
• Recommend and implement design changes based on simulations and tests.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through robust product design.
• Provide optical design guidance to leaders and designers for new products.
