Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license.
• DOT physical and medical certification required within 90 days.
• Must read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Mowing, trimming, and pruning to keep exteriors pristine.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory requirements at all levels.
