Job summary

West Shore Home in Salt Lake City is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our team. The Installer will assist in safe, high-quality installations of windows and exterior doors, abiding by SOPs and PPE, while delivering a 5-star experience.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with a start time of 6:30 AM. You will load at the warehouse, travel to homes, install and ensure cleanup, with compensation of $18-$21 per hour and a benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan with company

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a strong willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.

Compensation:

• The approximate hourly for this position is $18-$21 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
