Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking an Exterior Building Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and appearance of exterior areas at a retail/mall property in Sugar Land, TX. The role involves outdoor cleaning with blowers and pressure washers, with shifts typically starting early in the morning.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, attentive to detail, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather. Occasional interior cleaning duties may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning is a plus, but not required.
• Must report to work for shifts beginning as early as 6:00 AM.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean exterior building areas using blowers, pressure washers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Sweep and remove trash, dirt, leaves, and debris from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and other exterior areas.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, concrete, entrances, and other assigned surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies in proper condition.
• Follow established safety procedures when operating cleaning equipment.
• Perform occasional interior cleaning tasks as needed.
