Lakeside Renovation & Design is seeking skilled Exterior Carpenters to join the Field Crew in the Chesterfield, MO area. You’ll help build outdoor spaces such as decks, screen rooms, porch overhangs, and install durable siding and finishes.

This full-time role offers opportunities to work with quality materials, grow your carpentry skills, and contribute to projects that transform homes from the outside in.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift heavy materials and climb ladders safely.
• Physically capable of outdoor labor.
• Willingness to commute to various job sites in the St. Louis Metro Area.

Responsabilités

• Follow direction from Lead Carpenter on daily tasks and priorities.
• Construct outdoor living structures including decks, screen rooms, and porches.
• Install decking, railing systems, and siding materials.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
• Communicate progress and needs to the Lead Carpenter.

You’ll help construct decks, screen rooms, porch overhangs, additions, and install high-performance siding and exterior finishes. Key Responsibilities

• Follow direction from Lead Carpenter on daily tasks and project priorities

• Construct outdoor living structures including screen rooms, porch overhangs, and decks

• Install composite decking, aluminum/composite rail systems, and various siding materials

• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Interpret plans and blueprints when required (preferred)

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

• Communicate progress and needs to the Lead Carpenter

• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite

• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful jobsite culture

• Additional carpentry or support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to lift heavy materials and climb ladders safely

• Physically capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments

• Willingness to commute to various job sites in the St. Louis Metro Area

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (or hold valid medical card)

• Familiarity with composite decking, Hardie, Boral, or vinyl siding (preferred)

• Team player with strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills

Schedule
