Job summary

Triad Service Solutions, Inc in Sugar Land, TX seeks a cleaning associate to perform exterior and interior cleaning duties across building exteriors, interiors, and common areas.

Morning shifts between 4am and 6am, weekends required. A valid driver's license is required; basic computer skills are preferred and use of QA/timekeeping apps on a personal phone may be necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans exterior of building using blower, pressure washer and other equipment.
• Remove trash from exterior trash bins.
• Cleans truck courts using blower and pressure washer.
• Cleans trash and debris accumulated in exterior areas of the building.
• Other exterior cleaning duties as assigned.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim (interior).
• Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
• Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets, and cleans ashtrays.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Replaces light bulbs.
• Delivers messages.
• Transports small equipment or tools.
• Sets up tables and chairs in meeting rooms, auditorium or hall
• Role may require iOS or Android capability on personal cell phone to use quality assurance and timekeeping applications during work hours
