Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow measurements.
• Proficient use of power tools and hand tools.
• Able to lift and move heavy materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Exterior Siding - installing windows and doors, siding materials (repetitive heavy lifting).
• Roof Decking - blowing insulation, installing OSB decking and building dormers.
• Roofing - installing shingles and/or metal roofing.
• Wall Build/Set - framing/building/setting exterior walls.
