Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking Home Building Team Members to perform production operations in the home building process. You will follow standard methods and safe practices to maximize efficiency and safety on the line.

The role requires flexibility to move between departments, reading drawings, and strong communication to support quality and productivity goals. Full-time with strong benefits will be offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards and productivity objectives.
• Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist management to plan and organize manufacturing activities, communicate shortages and quality/productivity issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
