The ideal candidate holds a California ESN credential and has experience in special day classes. Compensation is hourly with weekly W-2 pay and full benefits, on-site on a California campus.

Spindleis partnering with a school district to hire a Extensive Support Needs (ESN) Teacher for a TK-12 campus (grade level flexible based on district need) for next school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction for students with extensive support needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, including functional and academic goals

• Collaborate with related service providers and the school's student support team

Qualifications:

• California Education Specialist Credential – Extensive Support Needs (Moderate to Severe)

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate
