Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with UF/IFAS Extension EFNEP requirements, policies, and guidance, and provide staff with timely updates and clarification as needed.
• Develop and administer county needs assessment program plan in alignment with program goals and funding requirements.
• Monitor progress toward county program goals and address areas needing improvement.
• Oversee staff administrative records and reporting, including travel expenses, time and leave, in accordance with UF requirements.
• Plan and deliver group and individual staff training on nutrition content, curricula, and teaching techniques.
• Travel independently throughout the assigned county to support staff supervision and program operations.
