University of California, Berkeley invites applications for the Extension Instructor Assistant Pool in the Berkeley Haas Global Access Program (BHGAP). These roles provide teaching support to instructors, with courses offered weekdays on campus and some online components.
Responsibilities include course preparation, grading and feedback, facilitating group work and discussions, monitoring online activity, tutoring students, and summarizing complex questions for the primary instructor.
Extension Instructor Assistants provide teaching assistance to instructors in the Berkeley Haas Global Access Program (BHGAP). All courses are offered weekdays in person on the UC Berkeley campus with some online components. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
The Extension Instructor Assistant does not perform teaching duties, but provides support to the primary instructor. Responsibilities may include:
