This position strengthens Extension's ability to demonstrate program outcomes and communicate impact through effective evaluation practices, data-informed decision making, logic model implementation, reporting systems, and continuous improvement strategies. The position provides leadership for Extension's program evaluation framework, supports faculty and staff in developing meaningful evaluation plans and impact reporting, oversees PEARS administration in collaboration with technical support staff, and translates program data into actionable information for Extension leadership, stakeholders, funders, and partners.

Minimum Qualifications
