Abilities First, Inc. is seeking an Extended Service Provider to deliver proactive employment support within the individual placement model. The role emphasizes helping participants maintain employment and collaborating with employers to prevent job loss.

Full-time position (40 hours/week) with daytime hours, benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and ongoing training opportunities. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Human Services and a NYS driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum of one year of vocational specialist service provision.
• Must have a current NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to individuals employed in the individual placement model.
• Coordinate with employers and program staff to address employment issues.
• Maintain open communication with participant, employer, and supervisors.
• Support participants in training, skill development, and job stability.
