GE Aerospace is seeking an Extended Network Leader – ITC in the United States to drive governance, operating models, and accountability across the enterprise. You will connect the central ITC function with business partners and ensure alignment of roles, decisions, and processes.
Collaborate with divisions to build a staffed, engaged network; develop metrics, training plans, and communities of practice; and oversee deployment of ITC policies across geographies.
The Extended Network Leader – ITC is responsible for enabling consistent execution of trade compliance requirements through the company’s business partner compliance network. Reporting to the newly establish Senior Director – Programs & Operations Leader, ITC, this role will be responsible for developing and driving effective practices for how the central ITC function connects to and operates through business and functional resources across the enterprise. This leader will establish awareness, governance, role clarity, operating expectations, and connection mechanisms that strengthen accountability and consistency across businesses, functions, and geographies.
The base pay range for this position is $181,000 - $241,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
