Job summary

Belleview Dental Associates is seeking an Extended Functions Dental Assistant in Belleview, CO. This role supports dental procedures and patient care, handling chairside assists, sterilization, and charting to maintain efficient operatory flow.

The position requires X-ray certification, a Dental Assistant Certification or AS degree, and at least 3 years of continuous experience. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for patient care and practice growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of continuous dental assisting experience
• Stellar verbal and written communication skills
• X-ray certified and confident clinical support

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental work
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up trays
• Assist with procedures including fillings, cleanings, root canals, extractions, crowns/bridges, implants
• Collect and record medical and dental histories
• X-ray certified
• Dentrix Ascend knowledge is a plus

To prosper as an Extended Functions Dental Assistant, you should have:
