Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Infant/Toddler CDA credential preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care to children during extended care hours.
• Maintain a safe, positive, nurturing, and welcoming classroom environment.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities supporting learning and development.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Follow classroom routines, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Observe children's behavior and respond to individual needs patiently.
