Job summary

Honda of Leander is seeking an Express Technician to diagnose and perform quality light mechanical services on customer and inventory vehicles to standards set by the dealership and manufacturers. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair, rotate tires, perform oil changes, maintain cleanliness, and document work on repair orders.

The role emphasizes safe procedures, teamwork with service advisors, and continuing education through training; you may attend company meetings and adhere to ethics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs repairs including replacing parts as required.
• Performs tire services: rotate, replace, mount, balance.
• Performs preventative maintenance: oil changes, lubrication, fluid replacements, brake adjustments.
