Job summary

Greet customers, offer relevant services, and manage the service sales process while keeping safety and OEM training current. This is full-time, with a strong focus on teamwork and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer, every day.
• Perform tire, battery, and oil services to customer vehicles.
• Communicate with Service Manager & Service Adviser promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the back shop.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
