Job summary

Big Valley Ford in Stockton, CA is seeking an Express Technician to perform fast oil changes, tire rotations and multi-point inspections in a clean, well-equipped shop. You will follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and provide clear communication with service advisors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lube tech, express tech, or automotive apprentice preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automotive systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• ASE certifications are a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, accurate oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Conduct basic maintenance services (fluid top-offs, filter replacements, battery checks, etc.)
• Assist with tire repairs and light mechanical repairs as needed
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures for all services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with service advisors
