#1 Cochran Ford Boardman is seeking a skilled Express Technician to service customers' vehicles in Boardman, Ohio. You will prepare detailed service reports and perform tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations while keeping interiors clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Applying lubricants to moving parts to prevent wear and improve engine performance.
• Lubricating wheel bearings to reduce tire wear.
• Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust.
• Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
• Performing tire rotations for even wear.
• Testing tire pressure and adjusting as needed.
• Inspecting vehicles for oil leaks and reporting findings.
• Making recommendations for additional servicing based on inspections.
• Notifying Service Advisor if maintenance cannot be completed within scheduled timeframes.
