• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold efficiency and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, representing our dealership with pride.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
