Job summary

Holman, a family-owned automotive services leader, seeks an Express Technician to join Leith Acura under the Holman family. The role covers routine maintenance, tire mounting/balancing, suspension work, and brake service.

New eligible technicians may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill. Requirements include a valid driver's license, clean driving record, high school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ years of lube/maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of lube maintenance or basic auto maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and willingness to undergo background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes.
• Mount and balance tires; conduct suspension repairs and alignments.
• Replace brake pads/shoes and machine rotors.

New eligible technician employees will receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 based on skill level.

What will you do?

The Express Technician must be experienced in the following areas:

• All routine maintenance for all makes and models including fluid flushes
• Mount and balancing of all types of tires
• All suspension repairs and/or alignments
• Brake pads/shoe replacement and rotor machining

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 1 + years of lube maintenance desired but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Clean MVR, and willingness to undergo background requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Compensation: hourly starting at $15/hr
