Job summary

Holman BMW of Raleigh is seeking a skilled Express Technician to join the Holman family. The role includes routine maintenance, tire mounting and balancing, suspension work or alignments, and brake service.

A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available based on qualifications, with relocation assistance offered. Starting compensation is listed at $15 per hour, with full-time benefits including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of lube maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Clean MVR and willingness to undergo background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on all makes and models, including fluid flushes.
• Mount and balance tires of various types.
• Perform suspension repairs and/or alignments.
• Replace brake pads/shoes and machine rotors.
