• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.
• Clearly communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and compliant with standards.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations, including safety requirements.
