Job summary

Meijer Inc. is hiring a Stocking Clerk responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked with a variety of food and grocery products and for delivering friendly, efficient service. You will move products from pallets to shelves, manage backstock and waste, and support store leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and accuracy, with overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead. Physical tasks are required, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with food and grocery products to ensure full availability.

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers as needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
