Job summary

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Technician to join our team. The Express Service Technician performs oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles.

Responsibilities include completing repair orders to dealership and factory standards, inspecting vehicles, and communicating with customers about repairs. We foster a supportive, energetic team environment with a focus on safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Must have mechanical aptitude, but will train.
• Certification from an automotive school is preferred.
• Ambitious and hardworking presence in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• A positive, friendly attitude.
• A customer service mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, as well as repair and service procedures and specifications.

• Lubricates the moving parts of the vehicles

• Communicates with service advisors and customers to explain and advise on repairs
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures
