Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems (engine, brakes, tires, fluids).
• Ability to perform routine maintenance services, including: Oil and filter changes; Tire rotation and pressure checks; Fluid checks and top-offs (transmission, coolant, brake, power steering); Battery testing and replacement; Visual inspections of belts, hoses, and filters.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow manufacturer and shop service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, fluid services, and routine vehicle maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance items including tires, brakes, belts, hoses, and filters.
• Rotate tires and check/adjust tire pressures.
• Document all services performed and inspection findings accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles when necessary to verify completed work.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended services.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and skill set.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
